• AFTER THE 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, A LATE FEE OF $25 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BALANCE. AFTER 30 MINUTE, APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED.

• ANY CLIENTS THAT WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THEIR SESSION MUST DO SO 72 HOURS PRIOR TO SESSION. YOU ARE ALLOWED 1 RESCHEDULE PER BOOKING. AFTER THAT, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED & A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK. NO SHOW = NO REFUNDS

North Miami Location: Whitewood Winter & Emerald Frost
